MADE for Mom – make and take gift workshop

In collaboration with Rockler Woodworking, Super Thingmaker has announced its first maker event in Long Beach called “MADE for Mom.”

On Sunday, May 7 th from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, a week before Mothers Day, makers of all ages can come to create a unique gift for mom– musically-tuned wind chimes made from metal tubing, wood, twine, and found objects. All materials, tools, instructions and equipment will be provided, plus a pro woodworker from Rockler will help with fabrication, machining and design tips. The project will take about one hour to complete.

About the Maker Movement:
