If you are looking for a safe space to learn of some new Self Care techniques join The Center and Mental Health Program Staff as we come together and re energize while doing some Self Care DIY’s, spend time with community and share tips on how to care for our Mental Health Wellness.

5:00-6:00 pm DIY Stress Balls
6:00-7:00pm TRE® Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise
